PET/PA6/PP-BCF Carpet Spinning Machines Series
Main Features:
1. This machine uses PA6, PET, and PP as raw materials to produce BCF yarn through spinning, stretching, and deformation processes. PET raw material can be 100% recycled bottle flakes.
2. The modular equipment combination of spinning, stretching, and winding is used to produce single-color and tricolor BCF carpet yarn, lt is equipped with a weight-based color matching system to ensure consistent yarn color.
3. A special rotary expanding device is used to improve the stability of BCF yarn puffing.
4. A new nozzle type variant device is used in conjunction with an optimized drum cooler to ensure excellent curling and shaping.
5. High-precision inductive heating rollers, high-frequency heating, and rotational temperature transmitters are used to ensure uniform roller heating temperature
6. An automatic yarn switching winding head is used, with constant yarn tension, high success rate of switching, and good formation of spinning cakes.
